Uniform Crime Reporting Statstics
The FBI has gathered crime statistics from law enforcement agencies across the nation that have voluntarily participated in the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program since 1930. These data have been published each year, and since 1958, have been available in the publication Crime in the United States (CIUS). As a supplement to CIUS, the FBI, in cooperation with the Bureau of Justice Statistics, provides this site that allows users to build their own customized data tables.

General Social Survey (GSS)

National Historical Geographic Information System (NHGIS)
The National Historical Geographic Information System (NHGIS) provides population, housing, agricultural, and economic data, along with GIS-compatible boundary files, for geographic units in the United States from 1790 to the present.
Census Geographic Entity Codes Data (GEOIDs)
The core TIGER/Line Files and Shapefiles do not include demographic data, but they do contain geographic entity codes (GEOIDs) that can be linked to the Census Bureau’s demographic data, available on data.census.gov.

UN Data is an online data system that allows users to access and search more than 60 million global country records compiled by the United Nations Statistics Division. World Bank Open Data

The World Bank maintains a library of key development datasets that is searchable by country or indicator, including GDP, population statistics, national debt, health and nutrition, and poverty.

Census International Programs
The U.S. Census Bureau conducts demographic, economic, and geographic studies of other countries and strengthens statistical development around the world through technical assistance, training, and software products.
European Election Database
