Reference managers such as Endnote, RefWorks could be used to help manage literature and conducting a systematic review. These tools allow you to group articles in folders, review them, and entering research notes online. You will be able to share references and research notes among team members easily. There are also web applications that have been developed specifically for systematic review or similar types of research:

Rayyan
A free web-based tool developed by the Qatar Computing Research Institute, which is specifically designed to help researchers working on systematic reviews or other types of knowledge synthesis studies.
Systematic Review Toolbox
This is a searchable database of tools could be used to support the process of systematic review.
Covidence
Covidence is a fee-based software. The tool designed for citation screening and data extraction and bias assessment. It facilitates the review writing process.
JBI The System for the Unified Management, Assessment and Review of Information (SUMARI)
From the Joanna Briggs Institute, SUMARI, a web application designed to assist researchers in the health, social sciences, and humanities to conduct systematic reviews. It facilitates the entire review process; it is a word processor, reference management program, statistical and qualitative data analysis program all in one.
DistillerSR
DistillerSR is another fee-based online application designed to automate every stage of your systematic literature reviews to securely produce evidence-based research faster and more accurately.
