Starting the Job Search

Once you have a better idea of what careers you have the right knowledge and skills for and that you would enjoy, you can begin a proper job search. This part of the process can also feel overwhelming because there are so many places to find potential jobs and so many possible positions to apply to. Because it can take a lot of time, you realistically cannot apply to everything, so it is important to take the time to ensure that a job is the right fit for you.

When you're searching for jobs, it can be helpful to search on job search engines. These tools aggregate jobs posted on lots of different websites so that you only have to look in a few places, instead of searching to see if each company you like is currently hiring.
