Q: Why can’t I access a library database?
Common reasons include:
We don’t subscribe to that database
You’re not signed in with your CougarNet credentials
You’re off-campus and need to log in through the library website
You’re not affiliated with UH
📌 Tip: Reset your CougarNet password if login fails.
Q: I found an article, but can’t access it. What now?
Check if UH has access to the journal via Journal Titles
Request it through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) if it's unavailable
Q: How do I check out cameras or equipment?
