The William R. Jenkins Architecture and Art Library houses the resources and staff that support the art and design curricula at the University of Houston. It is located on the first floor of the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design on the central campus.

The Jenkins Library manages reserves for course in the College of Architecture and Design, as well as the School of Art. Books, videos and other physical material may be borrowed at the service desk. These materials may be used in the library. Free scanning service is provided. Students may also make copies using their free library printing credits or their flex account. Both require the use of their UH identification card.
