Art Resources

What's Out There?

The Architecture and Art Library contains nearly 100,000 volumes, but there is even more for UH's architectural researchers.  There are several easy ways to find out resources outside the collection.

For books, search Books in Print to see information about books currently available from publishers.

See WorldCat for even more information on books and other materials, old and new, from all over the world.  WorldCat is a database of library catalogs from all over the world. It includes tens of millions of records for items that are extremely rare, as well as common books, videos, and other material on architecture and design.

The databases on the Find Articles & Art Info page offers information about articles from more than 1000 art journals.  Many are in the UH Architecture and Art Library, but others are not.
